Cancellation Policy

At Teamrise, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your products. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations are handled.

1. Cancellation Requests

– How to Cancel: To cancel your products, please notify us in writing by emailing ahmed@teamrisepakistan.com. Include your name, account details, and the product you wish to cancel.

– Notice Period: Cancellations require a minimum notice of 7 days prior to the next billing cycle or scheduled product delivery date. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the next billing cycle or product.

2. Subscription Products

– Ongoing Subscriptions: For subscription-based product, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be billed for subsequent cycles, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current cycle unless explicitly stated.

– Free Trials: If your service includes a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the full subscription.

3. One-Time Products

– Non-Refundable Products: Once a one-time product has been scheduled and/or completed, it is non-refundable. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, provided the product has not been rendered.

– Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule instead of cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Failure to Cancel

– Missed Cancellations: If you fail to cancel your product as required by this policy, you will be charged for the scheduled product or the next billing cycle. No exceptions will be made for missed cancellations.

5. Special Cases

– Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may, at our discretion, waive cancellation fees or provide partial refunds. Proof of circumstance may be required.
